Happy Easter to all our customers. We have lamb joints, new potatoes and asparagus in the shop, with apples & rhubarb for dessert.
Asparagus is back. Earliest year on record. This crop is under tunnels, but still, it’s early. Just as tasty though.
Rhubarb has emerged through it’s bed of straw. A burst of brilliance & very tasty too
Sprouting Broccoli is back. The delicious winter green is packed with flavour & goodness.
The Christmas countdown has begun. Orders are now being taken for Free Range Turkeys, Sausages, Hams, Beef & Lamb. All from local farmers.
Sprout stalks are now available. The first frosts have added to the flavour. Must be nearly Christmas!
Fennel is back, thanks to Peter Ward of Sprowston. Delicious baked with cheese
